www.noble-nomads.de is an offer of NOBLE NOMADS GmbH, the responsible body (“we” or “everywhere”) in regards to the data protection laws, Fichtenstraße 31, 12621 Berlin, Germany.

We are committed to respecting your online privacy and recognize the need for appropriate safeguarding and management of any personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) you provide to us. When collecting, processing and using this information, we strictly adhere to the statutory provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act and the German Telemedia Act.

Profiling refers to any automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of such personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyze or predict aspects relating to the work performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, conduct, whereabouts or movement of that natural person.

 

f) Pseudonymization

Pseudonymization refers to the processing of personal data in such a way that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the provision of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organizational measures ensuring that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.

 

g) Controller or data controller

The controller or data controller is the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing personal data. Where the purposes and means of such processing are laid down by Union law or by the law of the Member States, the controller or controllers may be designated in accordance with Union law or with the law of the Member States on the basis of specific criteria.

 

h) Recipient

The recipient is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body to whom personal data are disclosed, whether or not that person is a third party. 2. How we use your personal data

We collect, process and use your personal data in particular when you visit www.noble-nomads.de, when you register at www.noble-nomads.de or log into an existing customer account and when you order products at www.noble-nomads.de. We will only use your data in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions and these data protection notices and, if applicable, with your consent. Additionaly, we use Google Remarketing, an advertising service from Google, which can be used to target previous visitors to the website. We use cross-device remarketing with Google AdWords and DoubleClick. Use of Google AdWords

This website uses Google AdWords, an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”).
