Delivery time from DHL for shipping = 1-3 business days
All orders received Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day as the order placed or at the latest on the next business day. Please note that we do not ship during German public holidays or on weekends. The following delivery times apply from the moment the shipment has been handed over to the delivery service.

When making a transfer directly to our bank account, please give us the purchase order number as your reason for payment. Your order will only be shipped, after we have received the money on our account.
